Wij hebben noch een pils, noch bieren van grote brouwerijen.
Het merendeel van onze bieren komt van kleinschalige brouwerijen en
huisbrouwerijen, die niet bang zijn om te experimenteren.

In de bierwereld is het net zoals in de wijnwereld….een aantal grote concerns
die op grote schaal fabriceren voor het merendeel van de bevolking en
daarnaast kleinere bedrijven die produkten maken ( wijn en bier ) met smaak
en karakter, die de grote massa niet aanspreken , daar hun smaakpatroon te
veel afgevlakt is.

Wij hebben dus helemaal niet een uitbating voor het grote publiek, maar wel
voor een geïnteresseerd publiek, dat houdt van eens iets anders.

Altitude 6 is brewed with the brewery of the Abbey of the Rocks with Montignies-on-Rock close to Mons. It acts of a lager, light and digestive. It has an aromatic and fresh taste. Its volume of alcohol is 6%.
It is a beer of high fermentation, dark fair color and with the turbid aspect. It has a round and soft taste and emphasizes a pretty hop and honey flavour. It is not pasteurized. Volume of alcohol: 8%.
The biological Honey Beer is a beer of high fermentation. From fair color, it releases a soft savour and of honey while offering a pleasant spiced key. The beer is refermentée out of bottle. The ingredients used from which honey result from biological agriculture. The volume of alcohol is 8%
Straffe Hendrik Blonde is a beer of high fermentation. It has a fair color, a scented flavour, a fruity and spiced savour, is round, fresh and has an end of dry mouth. Its volume of alcohol is 6%
Bush Ambrée: With her 12° of volume of alcohol, Bush Ambrée is the most alcoholic beer of Belgium. It was created in 1933 and was before called
It acts of a beer of color red-copper. It is soft and fruity but has 9° in volume of alcohol. It is drunk ideally with a témpérature of 8-10°.
Mc Chouffe is a brown ale of high fermentation. It has more flavour that Chouffe. 8,5° of volume of alcohol. The beers are both not pasteurised, refermented in bottles and available in bottles of 75 Cl. Lastly, not very important, they are used ideally for a temperature of 12°c
It acts of a lager of high fermentation. It has a soft taste and has various savours. It is not filtered and its volume of alcohol is 7%.
The Nocturnum Delirium is a beer of high fermentation. It has a brown dark colour and a thick clear brown foam. It has a caramelised savour and liquorice there is detected. It is a beer which combines power and softness. The Delirium is refermented out of bottle and its volume of alcohol is 9%.
The Double Enghien Blonde is a beer of high fermentation. Blonde and soft, it is a beer which proposes a good bitterness. Its volume of alcohol is 7,5%
The Forbidden fruit is a beer of high fermentation. It has the colour of Bordeaux wines, a dense foam and a spiced flavour. The beer profits from a perfect balance between softness and dryness in its taste coriander gives him roundness. Volume of alcohol is 8,8%. To be served at 5-6°C
The Gallic Blonde is a beer of high fermentation. She has a pretty fair colour, a very scented flavour and a marrow taste. Volume of alcohol: 6,1%.
It is a brown ale of high fermentation. It is very sweetened and has caramel ingredients in its taste. Gildenbier is manufactured from 3 kinds of different malt and candy sugar. Alc: 6,3°  It is drunk at an ideal temperature of 8-10°C.
Gouyasse is a beer of high fermentation. It has a buckled fair colour and a white foam. It has a malted and hopped flavour. The hop is the nature principal feature of this beer which is marked by a dry point. Its volume of alcohol of 6%.
Gribousine d' Hiver: Beer of high fermentation which offers a ambrée color and a delicate savour. Its volume of alcohol is 8,5%
Although it acts of a beer of high fermentation, the Grisette is remarkable by its low volume of alcohol (of 4,5% with 5%.Il exists four Grisettes: the Blonde, the White one, Ambrée and the Fruits of Bois.La Grisette Fair are a beer with drinking to refresh itself in summer. Its color is yellow straw and its foam is fine and white. The White Grisette is a beer with wheat, creamy and compact
Gulden Draak is a beer of high fermentation. It has a very dark color brown-ruby and a creamy foam. Its flavour is malted and one distinguishes from the grape notes. It has a very soft taste in which one detects caramelized notes, fruity and spiced. Its volume of alcohol is 10,5%.
The Hercules is a stout, i.e. a beer of high fermentation brewed with barley torrefied, of black color, with caramelized and very hopped savour. It acts of a very appreciated beer! It is very aromatic and has a malted and chocolate savour. Its volume of alcohol is 9%. Like all beers of the Ellezelloise brewery, the Hercules is conditioned in a bottle of 33cl provided with a mouth with rocker.
It acts of a beer of high fermentation. It has a gilded-ambrée color and has a very hopped character. It has a flavour spiced and of yeast and a soft taste agreeably malted and fruity. Its volume of alcohol is 7,5%.
It acts of a beer of high fermentation manufactured starting from German wheat. It has a pale fair color, a little disorder and has a pretty white foam. It releases a fruity flavour where the lemon largely dominates the debates. In mouth, it is soft and fruity savour remainder very present. The volume of alcohol is very reasonable with its 5,4%
Kasteelbier Triple of Gold is a beer of high fermentation. It is fair, has a refined flavour and its taste is particularly soft. Its volume of alcohol is of 11°. The beer must be preserved at the expenses and be been used for a temperature of 12°C.
La Kwak est une bière de haute fermentation. Elle a une couleur ambrée foncée et une belle mousse blanche. Elle possède une belle saveur maltée, caramélisée et on peut distinguer une légère amertume. La Kwak est fabriquée à partir de trois malts différents et du sucre candi entre dans la préparation. Son volume d'alcool est de 8%.
Leute Bokbier is a beer of high fermentation. It has a brown-ambrée color deep and a thick foam. It has a malted, fruity flavour where one distinguishes from the cherry keys and its taste has malted savours, caramelized and fruity. Leute Bokbier undergoes one second refermentation out of bottle and its volume of alcohol is 7,5%.
Fair Moinette: It acts of a beer of high fermentation. It has a fair color with a turbid aspect and an abundant white foam. It has a malted, hopped flavour and offers a beautiful fruity and malted savour. It has a light bitterness and is dry at the end of the mouth. Its volume of alcohol is 8,5%.
It is a beer of high fermentation of a color but-ambrée manufactured from four malt different. It has a hopped flavour and is acid at the end of the mouth. It is refermentée out of bottle. Passendale is easy to drink and Marie perfectly with cheese of Passendale. Its volume of alcohol is 6%.
Il s'agit d'une bière de haute fermentation de type ambré. Elle a une couleur ambrée, un arôme fruité et malté. Son goût est puissant et sec et on distingue une amertume en fin de bouche. Son volume d'alcool est de 5,5%.
Pillarbijter Blond is a beer of high fermentation. It has a clear fair color and a white foam. Its flavour is malted and hopped. In mouth, the hop is made feel and one distinguishes a prolonged bitterness and a discrete point from dryness. Its volume of alcohol is 7,5%
Une bière de haute fermentation. Elle a une couleur blonde et une saveur douce et maltée. Elle n'est pas filtrée ni pasteurisée. Elle subit une seconde fermentation en bouteille. Son volume d'alcool est de 8%. Comme toutes les bières de la brasserie Ellezelloise, la Saison 2000 est conditionnée dans une bouteille de 33cl munie d'un bouche à bascule.

It is dry at the end of the mouth and one detects much bitterness there. Its volume of alcohol is 6,5. Like all beers of the Ellezelloise brewery, the Season 2000 is conditioned in a bottle of 33cl provided with a mouth with rocker.

Enjoy the marvelous Flemish stews with beer and other old regional specialties. More than 200 different rare beers are there for tasting. 16 of them are served out the barrel. The owner Tom Allegaert is an authority when its went to Belgian Regional Special Beers.
